This is the result of a group project that I worked on for a web design course at my university. I created and coded the visual design and layout of the website, and cleaned up everybody's code so that it used best practices.

This is a multi-page form created in InfoPath and SharePoint that I created to streamline the PC refresh process for the Washington State Auditor's Office.

The Procurement site in the image to the left was built for the Washington State Auditor's Financial Services department. I led this project to reform the way that procurement requests were submitted, and to create a hub for all procurement related information. Due to the nature of this site, no further examples can be given.

Information Technology Support Technician 2 @ WA State Auditor's Office

Completed daily SharePoint administration tasks including building workflows and cleaning up existing and outdated processes. Major projects managed include creating an "online shopping" experience for PC refresh orders, and rebuilding tuition reimbursement system for HR team to meet their specifications and regulations while providing a better user experience for people submitting requests. WordPress development tasks include general maintenance and bug fixes to include HTML and PHP coding, and documenting infrastructure and known issues.

Administrative Assistant 3 @ WA State Auditor's Office

As the agency SharePoint Administrator I trained SuperUsers, created and administered policy for our SharePoint 2016 environment, and assisted in creating a strategy for migrating from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint online. Completed multiple process reviews, pitched solutions, and assisted in implementing many new systems to create a more modern and streamlined experience for users.

Office Assistant III @ WA Department of Health

Created and implemented a system of metrics for incoming calls to provide data and feedback for training materials and for review of processes. Consistently provides excellent customer service to diverse populations.

Volunteer Teaching Assistant @ Sound Learning

Taught English as a second language to a class of about fifteen Spanish speaking students. Tutored individuals during and after class, and assisted in developing standards of instruction.

Office Assistant III @ WA Department of Health

Developed system of outgoing mail with a two hour sendoff instead of 48 hour. Provided technical support and guidance to diverse population of applicants by phone and email with a 95% success rate.
